Reporting
Our approach to reporting is a reflection of our progressive approach to managing your information and communication risk. We no longer produce heavy word based reports, but rather reduce all our technical readings for your environment, into a live interactive dashboard with findings and remedial action suggestions. This ensures that our service is transparent and that our findings can be validated against the raw data contained in your dashboard.

Database
We follow a rigorous scientific approach in securing your site. The result from various measurements provides the foundation from which we draw conclusions and make recommendations. All these measurements are consolidate into a single database which we share in its raw format with you. This has two primary benefits, the first, you no longer have to blindly trust us as your service provider. The transparency of our actions on you site is contained in the data which can be audited by a 3rd party. Secondly, the initiation of such a site database provides a base line and all subsequent measurements added to the database records the site risk evolution. This data base allows us to become more efficient by dealing with threats at an exception level, which means that over time the efficiency results in faster assessments and lower cost.

Dashboard
Because we consolidate all measurements on a structured database, we no longer provide you with a paper based report which says very little, and is, in most cases just an irrelevant add-on.
As our client you have access to a live dashboard environment which provides interactive access to your data in a way that clearly contextualizes the risk. It, furthermore, is available to other departments such as your internal IT team, facilities management and other services which may find answers to questions they may have around cable routing, termination points etc.
This dashboard can be ported into your PowerPoint for security and risk reporting or be exported to PDF to provide a report when it is requested.
